Rocky is a technologist, entrepreneur, and U.S. Navy veteran with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology strategy and hands-on engineering. He founded Strategia-X in 2024 after spending more than a decade leading enterprise technology operations — overseeing ERP modernizations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity programs, and multi-site infrastructure across industries from distribution and manufacturing to healthcare and construction.
