1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using ANDROID-ARCHITECT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Account and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for securing any API keys configured within the platform, including rotating them if you suspect they have been compromised.
- You may access the service from multiple devices under a single account.
- You may request account termination at any time by contacting support@strategia-x.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for abuse, security risk, or policy violations, with notice when practicable.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the service for lawful software development, architecture planning, and educational purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform or any part of its underlying technology.
- Scraping or automated data extraction from the platform.
- Using the platform to build a competing service or product.
- Injecting malicious code or attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Circumventing usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls.
- Using generated outputs to produce harmful, illegal, or deceptive software.
- Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
4. Intellectual Property
- AI-generated outputs: You retain full ownership of code, blueprints, architecture diagrams, and other outputs generated through your use of the platform.
- Platform property: The ANDROID-ARCHITECT platform, its design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain our exclusive intellectual property.
- Open-source components: Certain platform dependencies are licensed under open-source licenses. Their respective licenses govern their use and distribution.
- Feedback: Any suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the platform without obligation or compensation.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
- Free tier: A free tier is available with limited features and usage quotas, allowing you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
- Pro plan: The Pro plan unlocks advanced features, higher usage limits, and priority support.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund policy: No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. For billing disputes or exceptional circumstances, contact support@strategia-x.com.
6. API Key Usage
- Users may provide their own Google Gemini API keys to power the platform's AI functionality.
- You are solely responsible for any API costs incurred through your key, including charges from third-party providers such as Google.
- API keys are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly configured otherwise.
- You are responsible for securing your API keys, monitoring their usage, and rotating them immediately if you suspect they have been compromised.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Planned maintenance may occur during low-traffic windows. We will provide advance notice when possible through in-app notifications or documentation updates.
- We maintain regular backups of platform data but strongly recommend that you also export and back up your project data independently.
- Features may evolve, be modified, or be deprecated as the platform improves. We will communicate significant changes through our documentation and changelog.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
- Google Gemini API for AI-powered code generation and architectural analysis.
- Supabase for authentication, user management, and data storage.
- Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription management.
- Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security services.
Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data handling practices, or issues originating from third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and development aids. You should review, test, and validate all generated code before using it in production environments.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or security incident resulting from your reliance on AI-generated code without independent review and testing.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANDROID-ARCHITECT, its operators, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Applications, software, or other works you create using outputs generated by the platform.
11. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes for a period of 30 days.
- To initiate dispute resolution, contact support@strategia-x.com with a detailed description of your concern.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
12. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@strategia-x.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice when practicable.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but you retain ownership of any outputs previously generated through your use of the service.
- We may retain certain account data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and record-keeping.
- The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property (Section 4), Limitation of Liability (Section 9), Indemnification (Section 10), and Dispute Resolution (Section 11).
